New Patients

At Chelsea Dental Studio, new patients are always welcome. We work to make the process of switching dental practices as easy as possible and approach it with the goal of making you feel like part of the family. Here are a few things you might want to know before you get started.

Your First Visit

The first visit is all about us getting to know you and your needs and you learning about our practice and what we can do for you. We will sit down with you to go over your medical history, dental health, and concerns. No matter what treatment you require, we are confident we can deliver the level of care you need.

Our Treatment Plans

At Chelsea Dental Studio, we don’t believe in shortcuts—and that means no recycling treatment plans. Once we establish your dental health needs, we craft a plan that is fully tailored to you and designed to meet your goals. We ensure you are an active partner in your care, and nothing is set in stone without your final approval.

Payment Options

Once your treatment plan is finalized, we can give you the exact cost of treatment. From there, you get to decide how you wish to pay. Below are the payment methods we currently accept:
  • Care Credit
  • Cash or check payments, with a 5 percent discount if payment is rendered in full at the start of care
  • Credit cards: we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Novus/Discover, and all debit cards
  • Dental insurance
  • Online Bill Pay

Insurance

If you have insurance coverage, we will work to maximize your benefits. Our goal is to make your treatment as affordable as possible, and that includes billing your insurance provider for any procedure they cover. We currently accept the following insurance:
  • AETNA PPO
  • Metlife PPO
  • United Healthcare PPO
  • Cigna PPO

Cancellation Policy

Time is your most precious commodity, and that is true of all our patients. This is why we focus on seeing everyone right on time. Since late cancellations and missed appointments can throw off our rhythm, we require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
